By creating an account or using LinkSnap ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LinkSnap provides URL shortening, branded link management, deep linking, and click analytics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Cancelling stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the paid period.

You own the links and content you create. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your links comply with applicable laws.

The LinkSnap name, logo, software, and documentation are our property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LinkSnap is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or a prominent notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
